Maksim came to me about six months ago — not with a pitch, just with a problem he couldn't shake. He was doing everything right, studying hard, staying on top of everything, and still falling behind with no explanation. So he built his own answer.

I'd never seen someone build something so fast out of pure necessity. I knew I had to be part of it.

I came on as CMO — handling everything brand, growth, and making sure the students who need this actually find it. Maksim runs the product and engineering side. Two students from Canada, two different skillsets, one shared frustration with how broken the current system is.

What gets me is how many students are in the exact same position Maksim was in. Working hard, getting nowhere, and blaming themselves for it. Structura exists to change that.

We're small and we intend to stay that way for now. It keeps us honest, fast, and close to the product.
