By accessing or using Structura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and premium subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Structura is an academic performance and sustainability tool that provides assessment scoring, AI-generated study plans, focus timer functionality, deadline tracking, and related features designed to help students manage their workload.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Structura offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium features are billed monthly at the rate displayed at time of purchase. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI recommendations and optimization plans provided by Structura are generated automatically and are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional academic, psychological, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated suggestions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Structura are the property of Structura and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
